We are looking for a competent and experienced Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead, direct, and oversee our company's human resources plans. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- Talent Strategy: Lead executive-level recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Culture & Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.) to minimize risk.
- Performance & Compensation: Oversee performance management systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
- Change Management: Lead organizational development initiatives and manage company-wide changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a VP of HR or similar senior HR leadership role (typically 10+ years).
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with executives and staff.
- Experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
