Job Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system faults.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cells, conveyors, weld systems, and automation equipment.
  • Support robotic operations, alarm recovery, and basic programming modifications.
  • Install and troubleshoot industrial wiring, sensors, motors, drives, and safety systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Assist with equipment start-ups, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety and compliance procedures


Experience Required:


  • 5+ years of experience maintaining robotic or automated manufacturing systems.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robotics, preferably Fanuc systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production environments.
  • Technical training, certification, or qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
