Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, patient-centered wound care. This full-time, salaried role involves providing advanced wound treatments in patients' homes, with no on-call, weekends, or evening shifts, offering a flexible daytime schedule. The position requires daily local travel (reimbursed), with training and equipment provided.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience, relevant certification, and a current license in Minnesota, with willingness to travel 75%. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and coordinating care with healthcare teams.
