Entry Level Account Manager | In-Person Position in the Miami Lakes Area
We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our retail customers by providing product and service information. We are looking for individuals who have a self-starting attitude, want to work hard, grow professionally, and advance within our firm.
We have a fun and professional company culture that focuses on developing and mentoring our people while making a lot of money. If you're looking for a professional but fun work environment, look no further. It's not uncommon to come into the office with music bumping.
Our team enjoys getting to know each other on a personal level, so getting together outside of the office is encouraged and frequent. Management is available for individual training sessions, as we believe in an open-door policy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing for small to medium accounts
- Providing sales and marketing face-to-face
- Customer relationship building
- New customer acquisition
- Consult priority customers
- Client branding- marketing
- Retail Management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience (wireless industry experience a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Location
- Miami Lakes, Florida
Schedule
- Full time: Thursday-Monday 10:30 am-7:30 pm
- 4 Day schedules are also available.
