Job DescriptionDescription: XpresStaffing LLC is seeking experienced and professional Bartenders to join our growing hospitality team. This is a flexible, on-call position where you'll be scheduled at various venues and events across the DMV area including hotels, country clubs, and private events. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to different client locations as needed. Responsibilities:

<li>Set up and break down bar stations </li>
<li>Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages </li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude </li>
<li>Manage tabs and handle payments accurately </li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas </li>
<li>Adhere to all safety and alcohol regulations </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of bartending experience </li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Ability to multitask and follow instructions </li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills </li>
<li>Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li>
</ul>
Preferred: 
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with banquet and event service settings </li>
