Job Summary: Achieves Company objectives in Customer Service, quality of service, and smooth operations of Promotional Events. Helps create a positive, exciting environment for our guests.
Qualifications:
Minimum six months’ previous promotional experience in a casino setting is preferred. Must be professional and friendly, and be able to work as a team. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be over the age of 21.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Execute Player promotions with an upbeat, positive attitude.
- Ensure all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
- Promotes the Player’s Club and Casino promotions.
- Assists managers with input of sensitive data entry into players' accounts.
- Maintains inventory and implements control of Players’ Club merchandise and promotional materials
- Resolves customer complaints/issues in a professional, friendly manner.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of Players Club promotions.
- Create and direct events and promotions to increase guest visits and casino play.
- Assures that a consistent offering of special events, tournaments, and promotions is scheduled for our casino customers and that all rules and log sheets about events are complete
- Ensures that all Casino Marketing efforts are properly coordinated with other departments.
- Assist in the implementation of Casino marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to gaming requirements of the Casino.
- Maintains confidentiality of all relevant information concerning guests, employees, and company assets.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiar with standard office equipment, including copier, scanner, and desktop computer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiar and comfortable with Social Media campaigns.
- Ability to learn proprietary programs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Must be able to work in a casino environment with loud background noise and a smoky atmosphere.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 15 pounds, and can move about the casino and operational areas freely.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
