S&M Therapy Center is a pediatric-focused therapy clinic committed to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, individualized care. Our dedicated team provides Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working collaboratively to support developmental success in a nurturing environment.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering occupational therapy services to children and will be dedicated to improving their functional independence across home, school, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized tools and clinical observations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care tasks, visual-motor coordination, and emotional regulation.

Provide engaging, child-centered therapy sessions tailored to each child’s developmental level and therapeutic needs.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.

Educate parents and caregivers with home programs and strategies to support therapy goals outside of sessions.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Participate in team meetings and case reviews as needed.

Stay up to date with best practices and continuing education to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.

Pediatric experience required; clinic or school-based experience is a plus.

CPR certification required.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
