Responsibilities
The Senior Graphic Designer develops and executes high-impact creative across packaging, marketing, and trade show environments for KeHE’s Exclusive Brands, including CADIA and the launch of Wild Oats–one of the first brands bringing Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) products to market. This role brings brand strategies to life through thoughtful, consumer-driven design, supporting both existing brands and helping to grow an exciting new brand.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, this designer partners with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions that drive growth and ensure brand consistency. Strong organizational skills, agile problem-solving, packaging and production expertise, and a passion for food are essential.

Qualifications
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong initiative with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams while also working independently and remaining accountable for results.
- Ability to take a strong creative concept from idea through final production, maintaining high aesthetic standards and brand integrity throughout.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro). Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Monday.com and Box is a plus.
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification/experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working within a CPG brand’s in-house creative/marketing team or at an agency supporting CPG brands preferred.
- Proven experience developing consumer product packaging, including technical design and production execution.
- Experience in the CPG industry, preferably within natural and organic food and beverage, strongly preferred.
- Online portfolio or PDF portfolio showcasing relevant packaging and brand work required.
- Working knowledge of CPG packaging regulations, labeling requirements, and certification standards preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods.
- Ability to move about the office occasionally to access files, equipment, or attend meetings.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally (e.g., office files, laptop, small office equipment).
