Adeptus Partners, LLC, a growing full-service CPA firm, with offices in New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Maryland, California and White Plains is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our office located in White Plains, NY.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing support to all office staff

Greeting clients, answering telephones
-
Preparing and collating client materials and assembling tax returns
-
Billing and cash receipts processing and reporting
-
Document management
-
Maintaining and ordering supplies
-
Other general office duties
Job Requirements:
-
Prior Administrative assistant experience needed
-
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office software
-
Ability to multitask while staying organized
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be friendly, a team player, easy to get along with

Bookkeeping experience a plus
