Woman's Way Medical is seeking to hire a full-time women’s health nurse practitioner or nurse practitioner preferably with experience in women's health. We are a private practice office servicing women throughout their lifespan in Spring Valley, NY and it’s surrounding communities, Women-led organization, Inclusive of minority and disadvantaged group.

Outpatient Position includes:

• Well women exams
• Adolescent care
• Breast cancer screening and problem evaluation
• Pap smears, HPV screening
• Health and wellness counseling
• Contraceptive care STD screening, treatment, and follow-up
• Pregnancy testing
• Health management during the childbearing year including optimizing preconception health, prenatal visits, and after pregnancy care
• Problems with menstruation
• Fertility evaluation
• Evaluation and treatment of common infections
• Urinary tract problems like incontinence or infections
• Menopause health promotion and problem management
• Screening for general health problems like heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes with referral access when needed.
• Vaccine counseling
• Prenatal Care

Reimbursement: salary ranges based on years of experience: $107k to $125K.

• Full-time position required with availability to work Monday through Friday and 1 Saturday per month.

Spanish fluency, both written and verbal, is helpful but not required.
Creole would be helpful but not a requirement.

• Must have an active NY Professional license.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• One Saturday a month 9AMm to 1:00PM (Required)

Experience:

WHNP or women's health training is helpful.

License/Certification:

Nurse Practitioner license in NY (Required) or WHNP license
