Responsibilities include:Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, behavioral, and functional needs.Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, handwriting, executive functioning, coordination, and functional independence.Partner with families through education, coaching, and home programs.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.Qualifications RequiredMaster's or Doctorate in Occupational TherapyCurrent Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License (or eligible)NBCOT CertificationPreferredPediatric outpatient, school, or early intervention experiencePassion for family-centered, evidence-based careCollaborative mindset and positive attitudeMake Hope Happen Every Day At Soaring on Hope, every child deserves the opportunity to thrive-and every team member plays an important role in making that happen.
