Title: Aerospace Assembler (Wire Harness)
Location: Longmont, CO 80501
Hourly Pay: $20 to $30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday - 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting all stages of production to meet quality, financial, and on-time delivery goals
- Building, handling, and assembling wire harness components using soldering, crimping, and testing tools
- Inspecting products, identifying non-compliance, and assisting with corrective actions
- Tracking project timelines and coordinating with Quality and Engineering teams
- Ensuring tools, fixtures, and equipment are functioning correctly while maintaining a safe work environment
What You Need For This Job
- Experience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or similar environments preferred
- Working knowledge of soldering, crimping, and basic electronic test equipment
- Ability to read, comprehend, and create written instructions in English
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, use a pallet jack, use ladders, and maintain high manual dexterity
