Job Description

Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Melville, NY . This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity, for someone with previous retail or call center experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Deliver accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and various business documents.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely office maintenance and supply replenishment.
Assist in maintaining an organized and functional office layout and equipment setup.

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years working in a similar customer service/administrative role
