What You’ll Do

Run company-provided leads and build your own opportunities through referrals and community networking.

Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail projects.

Prepare and present detailed estimates, explaining materials, warranties, and insurance coverage options.

Meet with insurance adjusters to verify scope and ensure proper claim handling.

Build strong customer and referral relationships in the Clayton area.

Represent Prrotect Roofing at networking events like the Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and professional associations.

Partner with real-estate agents, insurance reps, and home-service contractors to develop referral pipelines.

Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with open leads.

Help homeowners finalize color selections and project contracts.

Attend weekly team meetings to discuss goals, strategy, and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Able to explain insurance claim processes clearly and confidently.

Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

Motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Professional appearance and attitude with a commitment to integrity.
