What you’ll do

• Start up, commission, and service commercial HVAC equipment for applications including air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems from diverse manufacturers with accuracy and urgency.
• Interface with customers, deliver clear updates, and document work thoroughly.
• Travel within the Michigan area to support a growing service portfolio.

What you bring

• Hands-on commercial HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of commercial A/C and heating, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
• EPA Type 1 & 2 or Universal certification.
• Your own set of hand tools.
• A clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour training (preferred).

Pay

Estimated salary: $24 - $50/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
