Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A leading healthcare facility in San Francisco, CA is seeking experienced Radiation Therapists for a 13-week contract to support their Radiation Oncology department. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday day shift with flexible start times between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, providing an excellent opportunity to apply specialized skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Accurately set up and align patients using imaging techniques to deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments.
- Assess patient status during direct interactions and make appropriate referrals within the healthcare team.
- Prepare for treatment delivery through thorough chart and film checks, room setup, dose calculations, and electronic medical record reviews using MOSAIQ.
- Perform patient setup and CT scans as needed for radiation therapy planning.
- Collaborate closely with radiation therapists and team members to support additional departmental needs.
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Radiation Oncology.
- Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ is preferred.
- Valid ARRT certification and California RTT license are required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Additional Details
- Up to 36 hours of paid call-off availability during the assignment.
- Candidates must be available to start within two weeks of the requested start date to be considered.
