Looking for a Medical Office Administrator Specialist for our Christ centered holistic health and wellness center.
Key Responsibilities:
· Onboarding & Adoption: Guiding new clients through start up and ensuring they adopt the services effectively.
· Relationship Management: Building trust and serving as the primary advocate for the client within the organization
· Proactive Retention: Identifying at-risk accounts and resolving issues before they become complaints
· Driving Value/ROI: Helping clients achieve their goals using the company's services and products
· Growth & Renewals: Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Communication & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and understand client pain points.
· Knowledge and application of holistic healthy living and/or chiropractic
· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
· Experience: Previous experience in account management or customer service frequently required.

Salary: Base pay 60K plus opportunity for additional bonuses based on KPIs of 20-30K annually

Hours are
Monday 9:30 AM -2:30 PM and 3:30-7:30 PM
Tuesday 12-8 PM
Wed 9:30 AM -2:30 PM and 3:30-7:30 PM
Thursday 11 AM – 7:15 PM
Half day Friday 9:30 AM -2:30 PM
