Pay Range: $22.50 - $26.50
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Hybrid – Work from home 4 days/week, in-office 1 day/week (Wednesdays)
What You’ll Be Doing:
→ Tackling escalated customer cases in Salesforce
→ Investigating billing + account issues
→ Collaborating with internal teams + utility partners
→ Owning your workload + driving solutions
