Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with AP/AR processing, payroll entries, and account classifications
- Maintain accurate general ledger activity within QuickBooks Online
- Communicate directly with client teams to request and process documentation
- Participate in client onboarding, system migrations, and data clean-up projects
- Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 0–2 years of accounting experience, internship included
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a client-service environment
