Job Details:

• Choice of flexible scheduling: five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
\n• 8-hour shifts: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM on Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
\n• 10-hour shifts: two days 8:00 AM-6:30 PM and two days 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
\n• 40 guaranteed hours per week
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Epic charting system training provided during orientation
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• No floating to sister facilities
\n• Pending state license accepted
\n• 14 evaluations scheduled per week with remaining time for treatments
\n• Chart review time: twice daily for 30 minutes on 8-hour days, three times daily for 30 minutes on 10-hour days
\n• One-on-one patient treatment sessions
\n• 60-minute evaluations, treatments typically 30 minutes (some 45-60 minutes based on circumstances)
\n• Daily patient load includes 3 evaluations
\n• 65% productivity standard required
\n• Business casual dress code
\n• 1.5 days hospital orientation plus 1.5 days department orientation
\n• Additional charting time provided during first 1-2 weeks

This freestanding outpatient facility specializes in comprehensive rehabilitation services, treating approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% neurological patients. The facility offers specialized programs including pelvic health therapy, lymphedema therapy, LSVT programs, chronic pain management, and vestibular therapy. The multidisciplinary team includes physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, providing collaborative care for diverse diagnoses. The facility maintains strong referral relationships with orthopedic medical offices and focuses on delivering personalized, one-on-one patient care in a modern outpatient setting.
