Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Support executives as they integrate into the firm, helping them navigate a high volume of tasks.
- Anticipate needs and prioritize multiple demands effectively.
- Maintain organization and composure in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives, particularly at the Partner level or above.
- Preference for candidates with a history of long tenures, ideally 3+ years per previous role.

Compensation
