Join a school team in Wilmington, VT, as a full-time paraprofessional to support student success in a hands-on classroom environment. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential to extend into the next school year.
Key responsibilities include providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual student needs. You will assist with both behavioral and academic tasks, primarily working with elementary students but also remaining flexible to support high school students if required. This role requires onsite presence and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

- Experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in educational settings
- Ability to work effectively with students requiring behavioral and academic support
- Flexibility to support various age groups, primarily elementary, with readiness to assist high school students if needed
