Pay: $23–$25/hour (DOE)
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Position Summary:Abundant Solutions is seeking skilled Header Plate Fitters to join our team in the Claremore area. This position is responsible for fitting and assembling header plates and metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong layout skills, experience in heavy fabrication, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Fit and assemble header plates and related components
• Lay out, align, and position parts for proper fit-up prior to welding
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and levels
• Perform tack welding as needed to secure components
• Inspect materials and finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Work closely with welders and fabrication team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of plate fitting or heavy fabrication experience
• Experience with header plates or pressure-related components preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Knowledge of welding symbols and fit-up techniques
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with varying temperatures
