An opportunity is available for a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to support a hospital in Elma, WA, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role specializes in delivering high-quality care during night shifts, ideal for experienced ER nurses who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The position requires working 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 36-hour workweek and the option to pick up extra shifts as needed.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Washington State RN license or a Multistate license
- Verification of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
- Verification of demographics from Nursys
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
- Proficient team player with emergency department experience
- Prior charge nurse experience essential
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records is a plus but not required
- Full availability and scheduling flexibility required with pre-approved Return to Office (RTO) at assignment end
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care during night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Function in a charge nurse capacity, managing unit workflow and staff
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards
- Engage in patient assessment, triage, interventions, and documentation as per hospital guidelines
