Job Overview
We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations at our Gardena showroom. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction, calls, and follow-ups. You must be comfortable working on a computer all day, entering orders, tracking numbers, and using software like QuickBooks.
This role is for someone who works fast, stays organized, and holds a team accountable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales activity and track individual sales performance
- Set schedules and manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Push the sales team to stay organized and productive
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, estimates, and customer activity
- Enter and review orders, invoices, and sales data
- Use QuickBooks and other software to track sales and performance
- Step in to help close sales when needed
- Report sales performance and issues directly to ownership
Requirements
- Sales management or lead sales experience
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting/sales software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Clear communicator and reliable leader
Schedule
- Full-time only
- 8-hour shifts
- Some Saturdays required

This is a hands-on role. You will be on the floor, on the computer, and actively involved every day.
