In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming products, primarily raw materials, at the plant. You will un-package products, verify counts against paperwork or BOL, conduct visual quality inspections, document product counts and part numbers in the computer database, and appropriately store them. Additionally, labels must be printed and affixed to products before storage.
Responsibilities

- Verify product counts according to paperwork or BOL.
- Perform visual inspections for quality assurance.
- Document product counts and part numbers in the computer database.
- Store products in their designated locations.
- Print and affix labels to products prior to storage.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of material handling experience.
- Proficiency in forklift operation.
- Computer skills for documenting materials in the system.
- Experience in inventory management, picking, packing, and loading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous assembly experience.
- Experience in mechanical repair work.
- Experience working on government contracts.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit facility that manufactures trailers for the military. The facility consists of three areas: machining/fabrication, assembly, and paint shop. The assembly area features tall ceilings and is organized into cells for trailer assembly. The environment is heated in the winter but not air-conditioned in the summer, making it warm during the summer months. While there is some noise from air tools, it is not consistently loud. The workforce consists of about 100 employees working exclusively on the first shift, with hours from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, including opportunities for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clintonville, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
