Our client is a non-profit organization. They seek a temp to perm Receptionist to join their Bronx, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to special projects as needed
- Manage and prioritize all incoming telephone calls
- Develop Excel spreadsheets and occasional PowerPoint presentations
- Handle copying, faxing, scanning, and distributing information as required
- Address incoming correspondence and respond as needed
- Draft correspondence, memos, letters, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Support reception coverage when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish speaking is a plus
