• Team Structure:
• 3 physicians
• 1 office-based nurse practitioner
• 2 physicians focus on gynecology but assist in L&D
• 1 physician practices full-scope OB/GYN

• Call Schedule: 1:3 average – balanced for deliveries, surgery, and personal time
• Practice Model: Full-spectrum OB/GYN with work/life balance
• Facility Investment: Brand new inpatient tower with family-focused maternity center
• Support Staff: Dedicated on-site supervisor, experienced clinical and clerical team
• Referral Network: Strong base from employed, partner, and independent PCPsCompensation & Incentives
