Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active WA Occupational Therapy license or commitment to obtain one before the start date
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI or initiate the process if not previously completed
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience highly preferred
- Skilled at supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities in an academic setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to PreK-5th grade students (caseload of approximately 50-55)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and facilitate student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Document all services rendered in compliance with state regulations
- Serve as a resource for staff on strategies and adaptations to support student participation and success
This position is full-time, averaging 37.5 hours per week, and solely onsite—remote or virtual candidates will not be considered.
