Job Title: Operator 1st Shift
Location: Duluth, MN
Pay Range: $19.00 an hour
What’s the Job?
- Building electronic components by winding, soldering, crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating and epoxy
- Assembling and testing mechanical and electrical products and documenting results
- Working with team of co-workers and engineers to improve efficiency and quality of products
- Reporting any machine failures to supervisors or maintenance team
- Following writing and verbal instructions to complete tasks while obeying rules and EHS regulations.
What’s Needed?
- Ability to lift, bend, and twist repetitiously
- Basic computer and math skills, along with high attention to detail
- Ability to use a microscope
- Ability to use measuring equipment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team of co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: drug screen and background
