Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Locations Available: Including Baton Rouge, LA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends)
Compensation: Up to $95,000/year (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Do

Deliver direct ABA support in both center-based and in-home settings

Supervise, coach, and empower Behavior Technicians to ensure program fidelity

Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) for new clients and re-evaluations
-
Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, data systems, and crisis interventions
-
Work collaboratively with your clinical team to evaluate progress and adjust strategies
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support client outcomes
What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification or eligibility
-
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Louisiana
-
Minimum of 1 year hands-on ABA experience

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
