Customer Service Representative
Provide administrative support to the office by assisting with a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process order entry and invoicing.
- Coordinate mailing of samples and shipment arrangements.
- Maintain production records and master batch records.
- Greet and assist customers and other visitors.
- File and organize records.
Training & Professional Development
- Attend training sessions as required to enhance industry knowledge.
- Review routed materials and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Interface with production, warehouse, and maintenance staff to ensure strategic goals and procedural requirements are met.
- Assist with employee events and related needs.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in logistics.
