Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing facility. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.
We're looking for a dependable nurse who values teamwork and takes pride in delivering quality care.
Pay: $32.00-$39.42 per hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitor resident health and report changes promptly.

Document care and communicate with the nursing team.

Work with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications

Active State LPN license.

At least one year of nursing experience.

Good communication and organizational skills.
