We invite you to learn more and discover "The Vanguard Family" We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the General Manager for our Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin dealership. Income: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 based on experience and duties assigned Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for the General Manager
- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments
- Ensure strategies and standard operating procedures are effectively communicated and managed between departments.
- Format information, memos, emails, and reports
- Understand and build Excel Spread sheets
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- MS Office and Excel knowledge required
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bilingual a must
- College, at least two years
