• Flexible Rotating Shifts (5x8 Hours)
• Monday – Friday
• Shift Options:
  • 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
  • 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
  • 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
  • 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Occasional weekends and holidays as required

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a skilled Laboratory / Donor Care Specialist to support blood collection and donor care services. This role involves performing phlebotomy procedures, ensuring donor eligibility, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a safe and positive donor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform donor screening in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Conduct whole blood collections and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures
• Participate in on-site and off-site blood collection drives
• Prepare, label, and handle blood components and specimens
• Maintain accurate donor records, documentation, and data entry
• Support donor recruitment and outreach initiatives
• Monitor and restock donor care supplies as needed
• Collect blood specimens from donors and patients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior phlebotomy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
