The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines
- Edit programs to maintain part quality and process efficiency
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing instructions
- Perform in-process inspection using precision measurement tools
- Adjust machining parameters based on inspection data
- Maintain tooling, machines, and work areas for safety and organization
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on EDM equipment
- Complete part finishing operations (deburring, polishing, abrasives)
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams
- Support additional shop duties as needed

- CNC Wire EDM machines
- Precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Standard EDM tooling and consumables
- Manufacturing documentation systems

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:
\n
- \n
- 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Basic understanding of machining and measurement principles
- Comfortable working in a precision manufacturing environment

Preferred:

- \n
- Experience with Wire EDM machines
- Experience in milling or CNC machining
- Familiarity with medical device or tight-tolerance parts
- Strong computer skills for data entry and job tracking
