About the Role:
We are hiring driven, high-energy appointment setters to join our growing merchant services team at Goldman & Co. This is a high-activity, performance-based role where your primary responsibility is setting qualified appointments with business owners for our funding specialists.
If you can handle volume, control conversations, and qualify decision-makers — this is a high-earning opportunity with clear expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 150–250 outbound calls per day to business owners
- Set a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per day
- Ensure appointments are:

- With the business owner
- Confirmed with a merchant statement available
- Maintain a strong show rate through confirmation + follow-up
- Work closely with closers to ensure quality handoffs
Compensation:
- Base + performance bonuses
- Paid per qualified appointment set
- Additional bonuses for:

- Show rate
- Deals funded
- On-target earnings: ~$30/hour+ all-in

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners
- High energy, competitive, and goal-driven
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain volume
- Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up
