⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS – READ BEFORE APPLYING

• Minimum 2 years OR RN experience REQUIRED
• Epic experience REQUIRED
• Must circulate independently across multiple service lines
• Must be comfortable with:
  • Total joints
  • Robotics
  • Urology
  • General surgery
  • GYN
  • Colorectal procedures
• Call required:
  • 1–2 weeknights every 6 weeks
  • 1 weekend every 6 weeks

💰 Assignment Details

• No 48-hour schedules approved
• Block scheduling required
• 12 OR rooms
• Parking provided at no cost

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room RN Circulator to support a busy Level III Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong independent circulating experience across a broad range of specialties including general, orthopedic, thoracic, robotic, urology, and gynecologic procedures.

• Spinal fusion

• ACL reconstruction
• Carpal tunnel release

Thoracic

• Thoracotomy
• Lung/Lobe resection

Urology

• TURP
• Nephrectomy
• Prostatectomy
• Cystoscopy
• Robotic urology procedures

Gynecology

• Hysterectomy
• Tubal ligation
• D&C
• Laparoscopic GYN procedures

🤖 Robotic Systems Experience

Experience with:

• Da Vinci Xi
• Mako
• Colorectal robotics
• GI robotics
• Gynecologic robotics
• Urologic robotics

🧠 Clinical Competencies

• Independent circulating
• Blood/blood product administration
• Specimen handling
• Wound management
• Cell saver
• Universal Protocol / Time-Out
• Infection control & fire safety
• Radiation & laser safety
• Malignant Hyperthermia protocols

🎯 Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• Valid RN License (WA or Compact required at submission)

🖥️ Facility Information

• EMR: Epic
• Scrubs provided for Surgical Services
• Locals accepted at reduced rate (50-mile radius applies)

📋 Scheduling & Compliance

• RTO must be submitted upfront
• 2 references required
• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start
• Floating to nearby sister facilities may be required
