Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Residential Group Home | Ewing, NJ
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Residential Group Home located in Ewing, NJ.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans for four residents in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and demonstrates excellent observation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
- Monitor and assess the health status of residents.
- Administer medications for the individuals.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license (New Jersey).
- Experience in residential or long-term care preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
