Job DescriptionJob Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Job Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Contract Duration: 26 weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: Days & Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Pay Rate: $55–$60/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups

• Interpret cardiac rhythms accurately

• Successfully complete a hospital-proctored rhythm interpretation exam, requiring:

  • >80% accuracy in rhythm identification

  • 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Certifications & Licensure

• New York State RN License (must be in hand)

• ACLS

• BLS

• NIHSS

• PALS

• TNCC

• Experience: 5 years of current Emergency Department experience preferred

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan, including:

  • Neonates

  • Infants

  • Pediatrics

  • Adolescents

  • Adults

  • Geriatrics
