Our organization is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist.
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM | Some Mondays 8 AM–4 PM

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience:
- Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply!
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health.
- Clinical requirements as needed by the office.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to fulfill essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
- To maintain a safe and healthy environment for team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
