Job Description
Pride Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a team in Inver Minneapolis, MN 55415. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and providing essential support during clinical visits, ensuring smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-visit planning, rooming responsibilities, and assist with medical procedures.
- Provide discharge instructions and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver excellent care.
- Crosstrain and float between departments as needed to optimize clinic operations.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of one of the following:
- A CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Non-CAAHEP/ABHES Medical Assistant program with 1+ year of on-the-job experience.
Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or ABR-OE credential preferred.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience Required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Location: Minneapolis, MN 55415
- Schedule: 4 X 10s/ 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 14 weeks
- Pay Rate: $19 - $32/hour
