Job DescriptionProduction Associate – Folding, Packing & Quality ControlWe are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support our production and fulfillment team. This entry-level role involves folding finished garments, packing orders, performing basic quality checks, and assisting with cutting and preparation tasks.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to stand for extended periods, and has strong hand-eye coordination to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.Key Responsibilities· Fold finished apparel and garments neatly according to company standards· Pack customer orders accurately for shipping and distribution· Perform basic quality control checks to identify defects such as misprints, loose threads, or incorrect items· Assist with cutting tasks related to garment preparation or trimming· Maintain a clean and organized workstation· Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals· Communicate any quality issues or production concerns to supervisors· Assist other departments as needed during high-volume production periodsQualifications· No prior experience required – training provided· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift· Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs occasionally· Frequent use of hands for folding, packing, and handling garments· Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasksLocation and Pay· (On-site) Fall River, MA· Full Time· $17 Per Hour
