Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Wisconsin is seeking a Per Diem relief pharmacist to assist with upcoming vacation coverage and to support increasing workload demands. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work closely with a small LTC pharmacy team, providing critical pharmaceutical services in a supportive environment.

Setting: Long Term Care pharmacy
Schedule:
- March 23 through April 1, 2026
- Pharmacy hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and package medications accurately to meet patient needs
- Manage inventory and ensure timely medication delivery
- Utilize technology effectively to support quality assurance processes
- Maintain regulatory compliance to uphold pharmacy standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Wisconsin pharmacist license required
- Previous experience in Long Term Care pharmacy essential
- Familiarity with Framework software is a strong plus; training available for motivated candidates
This position provides a per diem contract opportunity with competitive hourly pay. Additionally, mileage reimbursement and hotel accommodations are covered by the client during the assignment period.
