Essential Duties:
Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Receive and log service calls and work requests from customers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and provide customers with necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth transition for customers into our services.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding their service requests.
- Monitor and manage parking ticket issuance, disputes and payments.
- Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with customer service
- Able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficient
- Can type 40+ WPM (words per minute)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Punctual with strong attendance history
