Job Title: Scanner/ Stock Rotations Location: Beverly MA 01915 Hours: M-F 6am-3pm OR 7am-3:30pm
$22/ hour &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>The scanner/stock rotations clerk sits out on the floor near shipping and receiving, adjacent to quality, production and inventory cage.</li>
<li>A more out in the open kind of situation with lots of activity all around.</li>
</ul>
 Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Scanning work orders and other paperwork on file</li>
<li>Looking up C of C for stock rotation parts.</li>
</ul>
 Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Scanning all paperwork and putting it in a file.</li>
<li>Making sure scanned documents are clear</li>
<li>Fil management</li>
<li>Batch scanning</li>
</ul>
 Required Skills/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Some computer skills</li>
<li>Must be able to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
 Desired Skills/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Computer (Macola)</li>
<li>Scanning and finding C of C's</li>
<li>Organization skills</li>
</ul>
 Desired Years of Experience:
<ul>
<li>1+ Year of experience </li>
</ul>
 Education Required:
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Is equivalent work experience acceptable, in lieu of required degree/certification? Yes</li>
</ul>
 Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Sedentary work primarily involves sitting/ standing</li>
</ul>
