Job DescriptionJob Title: Human Resource Coordinator Job Type: Temp Location: RemoteShift: M-F, 8AM-5PM ESTPay: $23-27 (Depending on experience) Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer logistics.

  • Coordinate interviews, panel scheduling, and recruitment activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within Workday and other tracking systems.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill metrics.

  • Assist with requisition management, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment initiatives.

  • Coordinate job fairs, outreach events, and recruiting campaigns.

  • Support offer generation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment administrative functions.

  • Assist with Talent Acquisition budget tracking and invoice reconciliation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Workday and Paradox experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools preferred.
