  • Expected Commission-Based Earnings: $70,000 to $120,000+ annually (based on the 25th-75th percentile for established Agents/Brokers in South Carolina).

About the Role: Lead, Close, and Coach

We’re seeking an ambitious, licensed Broker who thrives on sales, leadership, and personal growth. You will be a vital part of the leadership team, focused on driving production through active sales while mentoring agents to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Drive success by maintaining an active sales pipeline and representing clients through closing.
  • Agent Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate our growing team of agents to consistently hit and exceed production goals.
  • Compliance & Review: Assist company leadership with contract review, compliance oversight, and critical negotiation support.
  • Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment and successful onboarding of talented new agents.
  • Training & Development: Contribute expertise to sales meetings and ongoing professional training initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina Broker License required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful residential real estate sales experience.
  • Proven background in leadership, team-building, or agent mentoring is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, organizational rigor, and a client-first mindset.
  • A driven, teachable professional who is passionate about people and performance.
