Provide valuable support to students and staff as a Substitute Paraprofessional in local schools. This on-call position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible work in an educational setting that focuses on student engagement and support.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Background in education, childcare, or youth programs preferred

• Professional, patient, and attentive to student needs

• Able to follow teacher direction and school procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Duties:

• Assist with classroom activities and instructional support

• Supervise students in hallways, cafeterias, and playgrounds

• Help manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

• Provide support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs

• Ensure safety and maintain confidentiality in all tasks
