Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist on the day shift in Rathdrum, ID. This position offers a 13-week contract to hire arrangement with potential for full-time employment based on performance and mutual agreement. The pharmacist will work alongside a dedicated team, including two fellow pharmacists, three technicians, and a cashier, managing a prescription volume of 300 to 400 per day using the Pioneer system.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (Saturday shifts allow for a day off on Thursday or Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to ensure safe medication use
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and actively contribute to the pharmacy team environment

Qualifications:

• Current, clear, and active pharmacist license in Idaho
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and references ready for review
